Instructions
 250 g Ragi flour
 150 g Besan flour
 5 g Ginger
 5 g Chili
 2 g Garlic paste
 5 g Salt
 20 ml Oil

Preheat the oven at 180° C. Make a dough using all the dry ingredients and adding ample amount of oil. The dough should be semi soft and not very stiff. Divide it into two equal portions.

Take one half of the dough and put it into a Chakli machine ( a machine that turns dough into spiral chaklis)
When the chaklis come out, gently press them to make them a little flat. Put chaklis in the preheated oven for about 15-20 mins at 360°C. Let them cool. Repeat the same process for the other half of the dough.

Your chaklis are ready to serve.
